Employee can also log on to this portal through a smartphone (Andriod) App called MyHRMS – featured on Google Play and Apple store. Both the portal and App allow an employee to apply for leave, fill in a 4in1 reimbursement request, and check the status of their applied leave (whether approved or not). Also an employee can view his salary pay slip (even download it), pension payslip (if he/she is a former employee), pension plan, nominate a family member for Provident Fund or Gratuity, overview the status of a loan or any other dues, go through calendar and dates, SBI holidays, account balance, account statement, etc. One can also take print outs of any information posted on the portal.
Apply for Leave in SBI HRMS Online Procedure
It is very simple for an employee to Application for leave in SBI HRMS portal or MyHRMS App or Leave Application. Simply log in to the portal or apply for leave in MyHRMS app using your username and password. Once you are logged on and the Main Menu page appears, you will find “Leave Request” as one of the first icons on this page. Then just click on “Leave Request” and it will lead you to a form page. The form page will show you different fields of “Type of Leave”, “Start Date”, “End Date”, “City”, “Approver” and “Reason for Leave”. Simply fill out all these fields and click on “Submit” button.
A wide variety of leaves are covered under the “Leave Request” system, such as Casual, Privilege, Hysterectomy, Maternity, Miscarriage/Abortion/MTP, Paternity leave, UCL for Award staff, Sick leave, Half Pay, Sick leave full pay and Unavailed CL for officer.
